Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to information you give us through elaioslim.dev.

Questions about this notice: [email protected].

Who we are

The controller is ELAIOS LTD, 16 Brunstane Mill Road, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH15 2LY. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

Only what you type into our contact or support forms: name, email, optional telephone and organisation, the services you select, and your message. Our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security.

Why and lawful basis

To reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to take steps towards a contract. The lawful bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in responding, or steps prior to a contract.

How it is sent

Form submissions are sent by our hosting provider’s mail system to our business mailbox. They are not stored in a website database. The form keeps a short-lived, pseudonymous rate-limit counter for up to fifteen minutes to prevent abuse.

Retention

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, provide any service you request, and meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or object to processing, and withdraw consent, by emailing us. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and local storage

We use no analytics, advertising, social media or tracking cookies, and no external fonts or embedded maps. The only item stored is your cookie banner choice, saved in your browser’s local storage under the key elaioslim-cookie-choice so the banner does not reappear. It is strictly necessary, never leaves your device, and you can clear it in your browser at any time. Non-essential cookies are not used, so there is nothing optional to switch on.
